For more than twenty years, I have accompanied executives, senior leaders, and high-potential talents worldwide, training and advising on leadership effectiveness, strategy, collaboration, governance and organisational transformation.
My talent lies in identifying patterns and real-time sensing of underlying dynamics and signals. I am skilled at working across paradox — integrating big-picture and precision, process and content, analysis with intuition. In concert with holding multiple perspectives simultaneously, I can see how intertwined systems influence one another, contain complexity without oversimplifying it and distil what matters most.
My work is grounded in a lifelong inquiry into human behaviour and how systems — psychological, social & cultural, organisational, biological & physical laws, and even cosmological layers that shape human life — function and evolve. I hold a cross-disciplinary background spanning sociology, anthropology, art history, international business and fashion design, complemented by extensive training in:

I began my career as both an entrepreneur and consultant.
I co-founded the Impact Hub Amsterdam, an innovation ecosystem for purpose-driven entrepreneurs and later I co-developed its global network. For over a decade I co-directed incubation programs from ideas to scaling, helping bring the economy of positive impact into being. In parallel, I joined a leadership consultancy in the Netherlands, where my education truly began.
Today, I am convinced that the combination of my experience and perspective is particularly relevant in an era defined by accelerating change, artificial intelligence and global instability.
Leadership capacity will increasingly depend on the ability to integrate multiple forms of intelligence — cognitive, emotional, sensory and inner awareness — to navigate increasing complexity with discernment and resilience.
